We’ve designed a coated nylon cover to give them unbeatable strength and durability, indoors and outdoors. We never use zips or Velcro – this mat is 100% sealed and chew-resistant. The waterproof nylon cover is ideal for mucky pups and dirty dogs – a quick hose-down and it’s as good as new.

We pride ourselves on using only the best quality fabrics, made on-site in Yorkshire. Tough Chew Crate Mats are covered with a 600gsm coated polyester.
We recommend washing your Tough Chew Dog Bed with warm water and a cloth. If required, it can also be jet washed on low pressure.
We design and manufacture all maximum pet products at our factory in Leeds, West Yorkshire.
