From teething and exploration to boredom, there are many reasons why our four-legged friends chew. While some like to chew on slippers, others can get a little (or very) destructive when it comes to sofas, cushions, and their own bedding.

While this instinct is perfectly natural, we know it can be frustrating when everything gets destroyed.

After replacing one too many dog beds and dog leads ourselves, we took matters into our own hands. That’s why we developed our seriously tough dog beds to withstand chewing and digging, and our dog leads.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Are your products 100% chew proof?

While our dog beds are extremely tough (and the most trusted on the market), they aren’t guaranteed to be completely chew proof. Every dog is unique, and some may be more aggressive chewers than others. Any product, however strong, can ultimately be damaged by a dog that is persistent enough. But our products really are as hard-wearing as they come when choosing beds for destructive dogs.

With the right care and supervision, they are sure to last for a long time. If you’d like a sample of the material that we use, get in touch and we’ll be happy to send one out. (Free samples to UK mainland only)

What delivery service do you use?

We offer free UK postage on all orders. Dog leads will be delivered by Royal mail 48 as standard (or Royal mail 24 for next day delivery). Dog beds will be delivered by DHL on a next day delivery as standard to UK mainland customers. Bespoke dog beds take longer to be made and will be delivered as soon as we have made them.

What if my product does not arrive?

In the unlikely instance that your product doesn’t arrive and the tracking number is not working, please email sales@maximumpetproducts.co.uk. We will get back to you as soon as we can and try to resolve the issue.

Can I return my item if I’m not happy with it?

Products may be returned within 30 working days of receiving your items. Returned items must be in their original condition and suitable for resale. The buyer is responsible for the postage and packaging costs.

Refunds will be processed once the items have been received and inspected for damage. The original postage and packaging costs will also not be refunded. Bespoke products cannot be returned.
