Destructive chewing is a problem for many dog owners. Some dogs like to chew on slippers; others prefer the sofa cushions… and then there are those that will chew just about anything, including their leads and beds. Chewing is natural, but excessive amounts can cause chaos around your home.

After replacing one too many dog leads ourselves, we took matters into our own hands. After seeing the success of our innovative product, our Tough Chew dog bed was born – a sealed waterproof bed loved by vets, kennels and dog trainers alike for its durability, flexibility and affordability.

What if my product does not arrive?

In the unlikely instance that your product doesn’t arrive and the tracking number is not working, please email sales@maximumpetproducts.co.uk. And we will get back to you as soon as we can.

How is my item delivered?

Free UK Postage:

Dog leads will be delivered by Royal mail 48 as standard, Royal mail 24 as a next day delivery

Dog beds will be delivered by TNT / Fedex on a next day delivery as standard to UK mainland.
Bespoke Dog beds take longer to be made and will delivered as soon as we have made them.

Can I return my item?

Products may be returned within 30 working days of receiving your items. Items must be in their
original condition and suitable for resale. The buyer is responsible for the postage and packaging costs. Refunds will be processed once the items have been received and inspected for damage. The original postage and packaging costs will also not be refunded. Bespoke products can not be returned.
