30 Day Returns Policy
We offer a hassle-free 30-day returns policy, on the condition that your bed is a standard size product and not a bespoke item. If, upon receiving your Tough Chew Crate Mat, you realise that it doesn’t quite fit your needs, you’re welcome to send it back to us within 30 days of your delivery. We provide a refund, minus the postage and packing costs, as soon as we receive the item in the condition in which it was sent. Please ensure the item is returned in its original condition.
Having Trouble With Your Products?
While we endeavour to ensure that all products arrive with you in their original condition, we understand that defects can occur during transit. If you find that your new pet bed is not up to scratch, please return the item to us within 8 days of the initial delivery. If you feel that there is a fault with your item, please notify us by email immediately, including photographic evidence. If your item is not returned within the 8 days specified, we regrettably cannot guarantee to resolve any issues. It’s important to note that our dog beds are ‘Chew Resistant’ not ‘chew proof’ or
‘indestructible’. Some dogs have been known to chew through wood, chains and cement bricks, so please don’t doubt the power of your pup. We cannot refund the product if a dog has damaged it.
