What if my product does not arrive?
In the unlikely instance that your product doesn’t arrive and you haven’t paid for recorded delivery, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. We will then send you a letter to sign, which will provide the evidence needed to claim from Royal Mail. Send this letter back to us in our pre-paid envelope and we’ll send a replacement product to you via recorded delivery. These cases are extremely rare, though we strive to resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
How is my item delivered?
Under our UK free postage option, most items are sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class. Some larger items may receive a free upgrade to Next Day Delivery. Our Premium Service is recorded and delivered the next day by Parcel Force. We advise opting for our Premium Service as the best option for your products arriving quickly and safely.
Can I return my item?
Under the Distance Selling Regulations, you are entitled to cancel your purchase within 14 working days of receiving the item. However, items must be in their original condition and suitable for resale. The buyer is responsible for the postage and packaging costs when returning their items, and unfortunately this will not be refunded by us. Moreover, we will not provide refunds for the initial cost of postage and packing. Refunds will be processed once the goods have been received and inspected for damage. All leads must be returned rolled up to avoid a £1.00, which will be deducted from the refund.
Can you make bespoke products?
Yes – we love a challenge! As we make all of our products on-site in Yorkshire, we can make products to your exact specifications. We work with customers to concept, design and manufacture over 95% of the products that we offer, so don’t hesitate to get in touch!
